These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to the use of the Digital Tile Catalog, (from now on DTC). DTC is a service provided by Xana Technologies, DBA as Digital Tile Catalog, in collaboration with Qualis Ceramica, a brand of Arley Wholesale Inc. DTC is a Software as a Service (SaaS) platform offering a subscription-based license for the creation and maintenance of a digital catalog.

License to Use:

By subscribing to DTC, the Client acquires a license to a customized copy of Qualis Ceramica’s digital catalog as it is on Qualis Ceramica’s website. Client’s catalog will be customized with its logo, corporate colors and contact details; the catalog will be accesible through a dedicated URL with the name [clientsname].digitaltilecatalog.com. It is the responsibility of the client to integrate this URL into their web and other communication channels. The catalog will be hosted and maintained by XanaTechnologies DBA DTC. Product range in the catalog will be updated monthly by DTC team — the updates guarantee the clients catalog will always reflect the products published on the Qualis Ceramica’s website. DTC requires no action from the Client to stay updated.

Cost and Payment Options:

Pricing is valid for Arley Wholesale / Qualis Ceramica distributors and clients and reflects rates for the year 2024, subject to future changes. Payment options include a monthly plan of $190 (with a minimum period of 3 months ) or an annual subscription of $1,700 — automatically renewable each year. Payments are only accepted by credit card or ACH transfers. All payments are final and non-refundable. Annual or monthly subscriptions can be canceled at any time by contacting DTC’s sales team (sales@digitaltilecatalog.com). Failure of payment will result in the cancellation of services. If payment is not received within 15 days of the due date, the subscription will be canceled, and the associated digital tile catalog will be disabled.

Additional Services:

Beyond the subscription to Digital Tile Catalog, DTC offers additional on-demand services for an extra fee. These services include specific training to further manage backend of the catalog to have the option NOT TO SHOW certain lines included in the catalog or to private label them — change names and codes. Other services include website creation, marketing and communication services, content creation and management on web and social media and advertising services for digital environments and social media.

 

DTC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of such changes.
